Cost & Payment Schedule
The total cost of the trip is $3,500 per student. The scheduled payment plan gives families several opportunities to make payments throughout the year.

All checks payable to "Oxford Academy." Payments can be made by a combination of check, credit card or fundraiser credits. Payments are non-refundable.
✦ Important School Information
This trip is NOT during Oxford's Spring Break. Students will miss approximately five days of school.
However, since this is a school-sponsored trip, students are allowed to make up all the work that they miss. Teachers will know about the trip well in advance and students must work out a plan with their teachers to complete missed assignments.
The trip has been approved and supported by the Site Administration and AUHSD School Board because of the benefits it provides students.
Projected Rehearsal Schedule
♫ Required Rehearsals
Students must attend all rehearsals. No excuses. If you are playing sports, you must let your coach know you will not be at games or practice on rehearsal days. Missing rehearsal will result in you being removed from attending this trip.

🎓 Missing School
We know everyone worries about missing school. Please understand that this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip for students to perform, grow as individuals, spend time with friends and explore the great city of New York.
Students who have attended this trip in the past have graduated from schools including Yale, Princeton, MIT and Harvard. Many alumni come back to visit and say the trip was one of the best parts of their time at Oxford Academy.
💳 Payment & Trip Planning
The trip cost includes airfare, transportation, hotel, excursions and meals. The cost is based on four students to a room.
If you want to room with only two or three students, there will be an additional cost.
Students will also have opportunities to fundraise for the trip. Scholarship opportunities are available. Please contact Mrs. Miner if you are interested in applying.
✈ Travel Insurance
You are strongly encouraged to purchase a travel insurance policy for the trip.

Policies may provide coverage if you become sick, become unemployed, or experience other covered circumstances.
